ORIENTA S.P.A. - AGENZIA PER IL LAVORO, branch of Bari, is looking for a JUNIOR IT HELP DESK for an important client. TASK: - Monitoring and technical software assistance via ticket management - Operational troubleshooting using diagnostic tools and remote sharing - Installation and configuration of software within the information system, ensuring its correct maintenance and updating. REQUIREMENTS: · Diploma or degree in the field of computer science or equivalent qualifications Systems area: domain management in Active Directory (computer objects, users, etc.) Problem solving skills Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux systems. Cyber Security area: troubleshooting skills on MDR/XDR/Antivirus platform; policy and exception configuration on an MDR/Antivirus/XDR service (preferably TrendMicro platform).
