(Junior) IT-Consultant Process Digitalization (m/w/d)

You want to understand how companies really work — and make them more digital?
For an established IT consulting environment, we are looking for reinforcement in the Consulting Team. You support customers in transferring manual processes into digital workflows and work at the interface between departments and IT.
Tasks
- Analyzing and documenting existing business processes
- Identifying automation and optimization potential
- Supporting the introduction of digital workflows
- Coordinating with departmental teams and development teams
- Creating requirements, documentation, and tests
- Accompanying workshops, training sessions, and go-lives
Qualification
- Degree or education in IT, business informatics, business administration, etc.
- First practical experience (practicum, work student, or projects)
- Interest in business processes and consulting
- Analytical thinking and structured working methods
- Very good German language skills (C1)
Plus points: BPMN/process modeling, requirements engineering, or first customer contact.
