Aufgaben

Your tasks as Junior IT Consultant (m/w/d):

• Beratung der Kunden: Selection and introduction of Atlassian tools in their company.
• Anpassung und Konfiguration: Customized adjustments and configurations of Atlassian tools, as well as evaluation of possible extensions.
• Schulung und Workshops: Training on the use of Atlassian tools for employees through workshops and training sessions.
• Anforderungsmanagement: Creation and documentation of customer requirements in collaboration with the customer.
• Konzeptentwicklung: Development of concepts based on requirements.
• Problembehandlung: Solution of complex problem situations for customers.
