Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a Junior IT Consultant (m/f/d):

• Customer Consulting: Selection and implementation of Atlassian tools in their companies.
• Customization and Configuration: Customer-specific customizations and configurations of Atlassian tools, as well as evaluation of possible extensions.
• Training and Workshops: Teaching employees how to use Atlassian tools through workshops and training sessions.
• Requirements Management: Creation and documentation of customer requirements in collaboration with the customer.
• Concept Development: Development of concepts based on requirements.
• Problem Solving: Resolution of complex problems for customers.

Qualifications

• Independent Working Style: You work independently, carefully, and methodically.

• Educational Background: Completed apprenticeship or degree.
