Tasks

Your tasks as (Junior) IT-Consultant (m/w/d):

• Counseling the customers: Selection and introduction of Atlassian tools in their company.
• Adaptation and configuration: Customer-specific adaptations and configurations of Atlassian tools, as well as evaluation of possible extensions.
• Training and workshops: Training employees to handle Atlassian tools through workshops and training sessions.
• Requirements management: Creation and documentation of customer requirements in collaboration with the customer.
• Concept development: Development of concepts based on requirements.
• Problem-solving: Solution of complex problem situations for customers.

Qualification

You bring:

• Independent administration: Comprehensive experience in administering Jira, Confluence or JSM.
• Customer orientation: Strongly developed customer-oriented thinking.
• IT affinity & interest in digitalization: Strong interest in the digitalization of corporate processes.
• Self-responsible working style: You work independently, carefully and methodically.
• Pleasure in conception & customer contact: Enjoy conceptual activities and interacting with customers.
• Teamwork, flexibility & communication strength: You are team-oriented, adaptable and communicative.
• Atlassian certification: Ideally, you have a certification for Jira, Confluence or JSM.
• Educational background: Completed education or studies.
• Quick comprehension ability: You quickly grasp new information and situations effectively.
• Linguistic skills: You speak fluent German and English.
