Junior IT Consultant

What will be your challenge?
Join BIP – xTech, BIP's Center of Excellence specializing in consulting and innovative services in IT orchestration, Network Virtualization, Cloud, Blockchain, IoT, Big Data, Data Science, and RPA.

As part of a process of continuous evolution and adoption of these technologies for our client organizations, we are seeking both recent graduates and professionals with 1-3 years of experience in IT to be employed on projects involving:

• definition of the reference architecture,
• migration procedure,
• tender management for technology selection,
• technical project management during the deployment phase.

The role of the Junior IT Consultant at Bip evolves not only through the growth and consolidation of their technical development skills but also through an increasing understanding of the business phenomena of our clients. Over time, they will increasingly acquire the ability to translate client needs into 'technical requirements' to build innovative, high-value-added technological solutions.

The resource will be integrated into project contexts where, alongside a team of colleagues focused on Business Development, Market, and Technical Research themes, they can engage in the following activities:

• Development of use cases and business cases,
• architecture design,
• development of Proofs-of-Concept,
• implementation of prototypes at the client's site and subsequent support.

In addition to the focus on project activities, the Junior IT Consultant will be required to contribute actively to feeding the Community through research, scouting, and concept development of new solutions. For this reason, it will be essential to maintain a proactive approach oriented towards presenting new ideas that, after internal co-evaluation, can be proposed to our clients.

Essential Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering
• Knowledge of service platform selection processes
• Basic knowledge of IT and cloud architectures
• Basic knowledge of software lifecycle management processes
• Excellent command of the MS Office suite
• Fluent knowledge of Italian and English

Plus:

• Any relevant certifications and postgraduate master's degrees
• Project management experience in ICT infrastructure
• Basic knowledge of the Dev-Ops methodology

• Consulting presence
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer orientation and focus on achieving objectives
• Good aptitude for teamwork
• Precision and stress tolerance in meeting deadlines
• Availability for travel in Italy and abroad
