Junior IT Business Analyst

FAN Courier, the leader of the Romanian courier market, is looking for a IT Business Analyst for its central office in Stefanestii de Jos, Ilfov. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting information necessary for creating functional specification documents on internal and external application interfaces; elaborating detailed functional specification documents, user stories or business requirement documents (BRD); ensuring that business requirements are fully understood by the Software Team through corresponding documentation at a detailed level; collaborating constantly with the Software Team and Project Management; using platforms such as Monday.com and Jira to track requirements and project progress; initiating and conducting internal meetings for allocated projects; demonstrating functional understanding of existing workflows within the company and identifying solutions in line with industry best practices; maintaining contact with decision-makers to document business requirements; focusing on delivery and respecting deadlines; participating actively in professional self-development, including deepening knowledge of Agile and collaborative tools.
