Job description
Your Tasks
- Support in the administration and maintenance of our IT infrastructure
- Setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations (hardware and software)
- Support for employees with IT-related questions and technical issues
- Management of user accounts, access rights, and group policies
- Error analysis and resolution of hardware and software problems
- Participation in the planning and implementation of IT projects (e.g. introducing new software, system migrations, or hardware rollouts)
- Support in the management and inventory of IT hardware
- Communication and coordination with external software providers
Your Profile
- Studies (ongoing or completed) in the field of computer science, business informatics, or a comparable education/qualification (e.g. IT specialist)
- Basic knowledge of IT system administration, networks, or Windows environments
- Interest in IT infrastructure, systems, and technical solutions
- Independent and structured work style
- Teamwork and service-oriented mindset
- First-hand practical experience in IT support or system administration is advantageous (e.g. through internships, work-study programs, or training)
- Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
