We're looking for someone who understands where work gets stuck in everyday life and has the enthusiasm to turn it into better IT solutions. As Junior IT Administrator (m/w/d), you ensure that our teams in the office, warehouse, and remote can work efficiently.

You support not only technical questions but also think with us, automate recurring workflows, and bring concrete business problems forward with smart IT solutions.

Aufgaben

• You take over 1st and 2nd level IT support for our employees in the office, warehouse, and remote.
• You conduct onboarding and offboarding processes, including procurement, device provisioning, authorization management, and automation with Power Automate.
• You manage user accounts, groups, policies, security roles, and devices.
• You administer, maintain, and develop our Microsoft 365 environment further, particularly Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Entra ID.
• You monitor, wait for, and configure our network infrastructure, including LAN, WLAN controllers, switches, and NAS.
• You support the introduction and training of AI tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Power Automate to make processes simpler, faster, and more efficient.
• You work on IT projects with us and actively contribute to digitalization and process improvement.

Qualifikation

• You have a completed education, a study in the field of IT or system administration, or equivalent qualification.
• You have an open-minded approach, actively engage with people, and can explain technical topics in a comprehensible manner.
• You bring initial experience in Microsoft 365 administration.
• You are confident in handling Intune, Entra ID, Teams, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online or have great interest in developing further in these areas.
• You have good foundations in network technology, such as LAN, WLAN, VLAN, DHCP, and DNS.
• Experience with Sophos Firewalls, particularly XGS series, SSL VPN, Webfilter, Routing, and Security Policies, is a plus.
• You are interested in automation and AI in IT daily life, for example, with Power Automate, scripting, or ChatGPT.
• You have the enthusiasm to support departments in making their work easier and better through digital solutions.
• You work structured, solution-oriented, and take responsibility.
• You have teamwork, service orientation, and the claim to really solve problems rather than just managing symptoms.
