• University degree in Computer Science, Cybernetics, or a related field.

• Become a part of global IT team and a contact person for IT topics on site.
• Support the maintenance and configuration of IT equipment both hardware and software (workstations, printers, network devices).
• Assist in installing and configuring software and peripherals on site.
• Help configure user accounts, groups, and access rights.
• Offer support to users and solve IT incidents via the Helpdesk system.

• Monitor LAN/WAN traffic and help ensure the security and smooth performance of the IT infrastructure.
