Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions across diverse industries.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including valuation, modeling, and scenario planning.
- Prepare client presentations, pitchbooks, and marketing materials.
- Perform industry and company research to support transaction strategy.
- Coordinate due diligence processes and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields preferred.
