Job description
Key Responsibilities: Support the execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions across diverse industries. Conduct detailed financial analysis, including valuation, modeling, and scenario planning. Prepare client presentations, pitchbooks, and marketing materials. Perform industry and company research to support transaction strategy. Coordinate due diligence processes and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Prior internship experience in investment banking or related field is a plus. Series 79 and 63 licenses are a plus.
