Junior Internal Sales Representative, Birmingham, up to £25k

My client is a producer and supplier of products sold to a wide variety of customers in the UK including the construction sector. They are actively looking to expand their internal sales team and wish to recruit a new member to the team.

The role they are offering will be an internal sales position where you will work full time in their sales office. They are looking for someone who is driven, who wants to learn and develop. The position will be an internal junior/apprentice sales role where training will be offered to fit into how they work as a company.

The training will involve working in the various departments including in their outside yard picking orders and working in their production area on the back of the machines to get a better understanding of the products and how the company work to give you confidence when selling. The position will also involve taking both email and phone enquiries, dealing with smaller cash sale orders to help support the rest of the sales team.

Salary: £25,000.

Office Hours: Monday to Thursday 9-5pm and Fridays 9-4pm.

Holiday Entitlement: 23 days holiday.

The person will also be entitled to a pension with a 4% company contribution.
