To support our Global Corporate Communication Teams at the Hamburg Headquarter, we are looking for a Junior Internal Communications Manager (w/m/d)* on a full-time basis (40 hours) for the time being for two years.

As a Junior Internal Communications Manager (w/m/d) at Engel & Völkers, you contribute to shaping and continuously developing our internal corporate communication and drive forward exciting projects independently.

• As a Junior Internal Communications Manager (w/m/d)*, you learn all strategic and operational themes of internal corporate communication in an internationally active company.
• You drive forward exciting projects like the rollout of our internal communications platform.
• You take responsibility for planning, coordinating, and sending our internal newsletters and write independent articles and texts for our various communication channels.
• As a contact person, you stand alongside our departments at all hierarchical levels, providing support with communication requests.
• You support the team in strategically developing our internal communication and work together with external communication.

Dein Profil, das uns begeistert

• You have a completed degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a comparable field.
• You have already gained first professional experience in internal corporate communication in a company or PR agency, ideally in an international environment.
• Your strong suit is writing style-conscious and target-group-oriented texts.
• You enjoy planning and implementing projects and demonstrate a structured and reliable working approach.
• You are proficient in very good communication skills on German and English.
