Do you have technical insight, but are you not yet working in the technical field? At Zonneplan, we don't look at your resume, but at your drive. We are looking for people who dare to learn and tackle things. In our own academy, we will fully train you to become an expert in home batteries, charging stations, and solar panels. You will receive all the necessary certificates and grow in a future-proof profession. Whether you come from construction, hospitality, or a completely different field: if you are motivated, we will teach you the rest.

You will work with an experienced colleague in a team of two that goes out every day in the region. You will install smart energy solutions at people's homes. The pace is high, the atmosphere is good, and you immediately see the results of your work: a satisfied customer who understands how their new system works. You work 32-40 hours per week and earn €2,550 – €3,200.

• You install smart energy solutions. Together with your team, you will install home batteries, charging stations, and solar panels. You will lay neat cable routes and connect everything correctly. On average, your team completes 2.5 installations per day.
• You are the face of Zonneplan to the customer. You will fully involve the customer in the process, from planning to instruction. You will explain what you have built and ensure that the customer knows exactly how everything works. A strong customer experience is your business card.
• You resolve faults and provide service. If something is not working, you will find the cause and fix it. You will systematically analyze problems and come up with practical solutions. You are only satisfied when everything is running again.
• You work safely and deliver quality. You will strictly adhere to safety regulations and critically check your own work. You will handle tools and materials with care and keep the work van organized so that your team can start immediately the next day.

• You have a B driving license and no fear of heights, as you regularly work on roofs.
• You are technically skilled and understand how things work, whether you come from construction, hospitality, or a completely different field.
• You speak Dutch well so you can clearly explain to customers what you are doing.
• You are motivated to learn a trade and persevere, even when a job is difficult.

• A salary between €2,550 and €3,200, depending on your experience and how quickly you develop.
• 25 vacation days (with the option to buy an additional 4 days) and a travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.
• A personal choice budget for sports, groceries, or something else that suits you.
• Neat work clothing and professional tools.
• From day one, we invest in your growth with the Zonneplan Academy, good tools, and room to keep learning. Within three months, you will obtain your certificates and progress to an independent mechanic, with the prospect of advancing to senior installer or specialist.
