Junior Insight Analyst – Thought Leadership Team Support

ABOUT THIS JOB
This role is data-driven and focused on providing analytical support to internal Thought Leadership teams. The Junior Insight Analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders across Customer Success and leadership teams, operating as part of a broader international community. The goal is to enable Thought Leadership teams to achieve operational excellence and strategic objectives through insights and process optimization.
We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and possesses strong analytical and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting internal NIQ stakeholders (Thought Leadership teams, Consultants, Account Development, local Insights Teams, etc.) in their day-to-day work by:
- Assisting in execution of internal projects by extracting, compiling, analyzing, and interpreting operational and performance data, visualizing it, and building presentations.
- Summarizing data in tables, charts, and graphs, reviewing deliverables for accuracy and consistency.
- Drafting reports and presentations with data interpretation (varying levels of complexity) for internal use.
- Creating clear, compelling presentations for internal meetings and leadership updates.
- Sharing and actively searching for best practice examples, opportunities for optimization and automation, and implementing improvements in own work whenever possible.
- Supporting Thought Leadership teams in preparation for internal meetings and presentations.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Student or graduate (Bachelor/Master) in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to create impactful presentations.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, conditional functions, conditional formatting, chart building and formatting) and PowerPoint.
- Fluent communication in English – verbal and written (at least C1 level).
- Other languages (Spanish, French, German, Italian) are an asset.
- Results-oriented personality and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills in a multicultural setting.
- Good time and workload management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
- Comfortable working in a virtual environment.
- Interest in analytics and process improvement.
