JUNIOR INSIDE SALES ACCOUNT

E-Work e-work S.p.A., HR Company active throughout the national territory, is looking for a new resource to be inserted in training in the role of Junior Inside Sales Account, at our Milan office. We are looking for curious, motivated people who want to get involved, with a strong propensity for communication and a sincere interest in the world of HR and commercial activities. The figure will support the commercial team by collaborating daily with colleagues from selection and contributing to the development of relationships with client companies and prospects. The main expected activities are: - Support for prospecting new customers through phone calls, scouting activities, and participation in networking initiatives - Collaboration in managing and retaining active clients, gathering information on their needs and contributing to preparing tailored proposals - Support in drafting commercial offers and preparing presentations - Accompaniment in negotiation and contract closure activities, following company guidelines - Market analysis and updating internal databases During the training period you will have the opportunity to: - Acquire a clear understanding of the HR sector, with particular reference to services such as staffing and recruitment - Develop basic commercial skills, learning how to manage prospecting, contacting, and qualifying potential customers - Learn to collaborate with internal teams (selection, administration, training) and understand the dynamics of work in a structured context - Develop effective communication skills, both by phone and via email, and learn professional interaction techniques with clients and prospects - Understand the main processes of the commercial cycle: needs analysis, proposal preparation, support for negotiation, and follow-up ​ We offer: - Expense reimbursement - Restaurant ticket - Full-time working hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 18:00. #ework The job offer is intended for both men and women in accordance with D.Lgs. 198/2006.
