We’re Hiring: Campaign Manager - Influencer Marketing Location: Mumbai | Experience: 2-3 Years About the Role: We are looking for a results-driven Campaign Manager - Influencer Marketing to plan, execute, and optimise influencer-led campaigns across digital platforms. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who understands influencer ecosystems end-to-end and can independently manage campaigns from brief to post-campaign reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong coordination skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies across various digital platforms (social media, blogs, YouTube, etc.) • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and develop tailored influencer marketing plans • Identify, research, and engage influencers who align with our brand values and target audience • Negotiate terms and manage influencer partnerships from brief to post-campaign reporting • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new platforms to continuously improve campaign effectiveness • Work closely with the Influencer Marketing team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, ensuring a positive brand experience • Manage influencer marketing budgets and track ROI for each campaign • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
