Otter Spirit is a purpose-driven jewelry brand, creating meaningful gemstone bracelets designed to inspire and connect. With every bracelet sold, we donate $1 to support sea otter conservation efforts. We’ve built a strong presence through authentic influencer collaborations and are currently looking for a passionate Junior Influencer Marketing Agent to help us expand our impact.

This is a full-time, remote position, on a B2B contract. Our working hours are 10 AM - 6 PM EET.

Your Responsibilities

• Influencer Research & Outreach – Identify, research, and connect with influencers and content creators who align with Otter Spirit’s brand values and target audiences.
• Campaign Coordination – Manage influencer collaborations from start to finish, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule.
• Partnership Negotiation – Assist in structuring and negotiating partnership terms to ensure clarity and mutual benefit.
• Follow-Ups & Communication – Maintain proactive communication with influencers at different stages of the discussion, ensuring engagement and follow-through.
• Order Management – Place orders for influencers and track shipments.
• Record Keeping & Organization – Maintain organized records of influencer contacts, packages sent, and campaign performance.
• Tools & Platforms – Work with platforms such as Monday.com, Shopify, Modash, and SARAL to manage campaigns and track progress efficiently.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Experience in Influencer Marketing, PR, Communications, or Digital Marketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with influencer platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) and the influencer industry.
• Experience with CRM tools and e-commerce platforms (Monday.com, Shopify, Modash, SARAL, or similar) is an advantage.
• Strong communication & organizational skills – ability to manage multiple influencer relationships simultaneously.
• Reliable internet connection and availability to work in the specified time zone.
