• You have gained first experiences in marketing through internships or work-study programs (ideally in creator management, affiliate marketing, or as a content creator for TikTok) and have a strong interest in TikTok and creator management
• You bring first points of contact with creator marketing, influencer campaigns, or social commerce with (no must-have!)
• You spend time on TikTok and keep an eye on current trends
• You understand which content formats work and why
• You have interest in learning everything about platform mechanics, algorithms, and TikTok Shop
• You are very meticulous, structured, and reliable
• You are communicative and can inspire and convince people
• You bring a high learning readiness and self-initiative with
