Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of new products and processes. • Conduct research and analysis on existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements. • Develop and maintain technical documentation and records. • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. • Identify and report potential hazards and near-misses, and participate in incident investigations. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures. • Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed. • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure effective implementation of new products and processes.
