Your Responsibilities

• You will be independently responsible for the ongoing accounting of our clients' properties (rental & condominium ownership management), including the coding and booking of business transactions
• You will be responsible for rental accounting, including the preparation of operating cost statements
• Do you see when a process is stuck? Change it! You will help us make our service more efficient.
• Work closely with the management team to further drive the company's success

Your Profile

• You speak and write German fluently (C1)
• You have initial experience in accounting (accounts receivable / accounts payable / bank / general ledger) or are highly motivated to delve into a complex subject area
• You work independently, conscientiously, and are service-oriented
• Skills and logical thinking are more important to us than a degree certificate
• You are tech-savvy and not afraid of new software

Note on the application process: As daily communication with the team and our clients takes place in German, we also conduct our interviews in German. We do not expect perfect high German, but fluent understanding is important for the role at Linstad.
