Junior Property Manager

Junior-Property Manager (80 - 100 %) Are properties more than just four walls to you? Then we should get to know each other! We are a regionally anchored real estate company and manage rental properties and STWEG – structured, reliable, and with a clear claim to quality. In this varied function, you will support our property management team in their daily business and gain insight into all areas of property management. Step by step, you will learn about the entire process from A to Z, from tenant acquisition to rent collection, and from maintenance to accounting. You will also be involved in the preparation of financial statements, the development of marketing strategies, and the coordination of construction projects. Your tasks will include, among other things, the processing of incoming and outgoing mail, the creation of reports, and the maintenance of databases. In addition, you will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.
