(Junior) Human Resources Manager (m/f/d)

For further company development, we need your help in the Human Resources department.
Your role will be to help shape and expand the HR department. With a lot of freedom, you will take ownership of your areas of responsibility and manage a wide variety of topics. Start your journey with us in Karlsruhe or Berlin!

Tasks

• As you would expect from a small company:
  Your area of responsibility includes all personnel processes, which you will drive forward in close cooperation with the management.
• Employer branding and recruiting are part of your tasks, as is the organization and support of feedback and goal-setting discussions.
• You identify which HR structures and offerings we still need to build or further develop as a company and independently drive these topics forward – internally or with external partners.
• You also maintain an overview of administrative HR matters and ensure that contracts, personnel files, and our HR systems are up-to-date.
• You actively shape our corporate culture and collaboration, and together with us, you develop the framework conditions for further growth, including shaping our personnel compensation program.

Overall, you will gain deep insight into all company processes and have the opportunity to actively shape the development of our company.

Qualifications

• You have completed a degree in Business Administration, Law, or Psychology, or a comparable field of study. Alternatively, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship with further training in Human Resources. Ideally, you already have at least three years of professional experience in a relevant area of responsibility.
• You combine technical and methodical know-how and apply it where it benefits the company the most. You find it easy to recognize and process structures and interrelationships.
• You work confidently with recruiting tools and are familiar with the specifics of the German-speaking labor market as well as German labor and works constitution law.
• A good sense for people and passion for HR topics characterize you. You adapt flexibly to different situations and conversation partners.
• As a communicative personality, you bring a high level of consulting competence and convince through your empathy in dealing with employees and managers. You draw on very good German and English skills.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and the willingness to take responsibility, as well as a high degree of independence and assertiveness, characterize you. You are eager for a dynamic environment where not everything is already set in stone.
