Job description
Start your HR-Tech career bridging IT and HR. You’ll join our HR Systems & Analytics team, get hands-on ownership in our digital HR landscape, and contribute to strategic technology initiatives after a structured onboarding.
Your Responsibilities
- Organizational Management System: You will take responsibility for maintaining and managing our international organizational management system, including data quality and system upkeep.
- Reporting & Analytics: You will own parts of our HR reporting landscape and support the creation, analysis, and interpretation of HR reports and dashboards.
- HR Systems Development: You will manage and further develop our HR systems, including tools for recruiting, employee surveys, and learning & development.
- Artificial Intelligence in HR: You will explore and implement innovative use cases for AI in the HR domain, helping us shape the future of digital HR.
