We are looking for a motivated person in the field of HR Operations & Systems who supports our team in their daily operations and at the same time enjoys actively maintaining and developing our HR software.

Your Tasks

• Maintenance and care of our HR software, as well as support in optimizing existing processes
• Implementation of new MVZs into our HR system landscape
• Conducting training sessions for employees and contact persons
• Support in the operational HR daily business
• Maintenance of digital personnel files
• Creation of contracts, certificates, and employment references
• Participation in various HR projects
• Support along the entire employee lifecycle
• Collaboration with internal interfaces and external partners

You bring

• First professional experience in HR, administrative, assistant or office field
• A completed vocational training, e.g. as a personnel services clerk, clerk for business management, industrial clerk, medical/r health care assistant/r or comparable – alternatively a degree in the field of personnel, business administration, economics psychology or similar
• High IT affinity and interest in digital HR systems and processes
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Communication strength as well as joy in training employees and supporting them
• Experience in the medical environment or with MVZ structures is a plus, but not a must
