(Junior) HR Specialist - People Operations (m/w/d)

As (Junior) HR Specialist - People Operations, you are part of our five-person HR team and shape our people processes along the entire Employee Lifecycle professionally and with high service orientation in a fixed-term part-time position (30 hours/week).

Affiliations:

• You are the first point of contact for employees in all personnel-related questions and actively ensure an excellent Employee Experience.
• In onboarding new employees, you establish a structured, appreciative, and seamless start at Believe.
• You reliably and meticulously handle operative personnel matters and contribute to efficient HR processes and good teamwork.
• You bring your creativity to the development of the Learning & Development offer and take over other HR projects.
• You support the recruitment process in creating job postings, conducting interviews, and mentoring new hires.
• You have basic knowledge of payroll processing and establish a connection with the payroll service provider as needed.
