To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Junior HR Specialist (m/w/d) at our location in Bonn, who combines operational excellence with strategic thinking and makes visible impact.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Junior HR Specialist (m/w/d), with pleasure in operative HR tasks, high digital affinity, and the claim to develop our HR processes, structures, and tools together with us further.

Aufgaben

• You will manage central HR processes along the employee lifecycle – from recruitment to onboarding – based on our HR systems (Zoho People/Zoho Recruit).
• You will communicate independently with candidates and internal stakeholders and support in interviews and decision-making, including scheduling and system maintenance.
• You will work on developing our employer positioning and bring ideas for digital HR communication (career website, talent platforms, possibly social media).
• You will maintain and develop our career website as well as selected HR channels further and work closely with Marketing/IT together.
• You will work intensively with our Zoho solutions (e.g. Zoho People, Zoho Recruit) and support in optimizing and automating our HR-
• You will create evaluations and reports (e.g. recruitment key figures, HR analyses) based on the available data in Zoho for data-based decision-making.
• You will take over independent part projects in the area of Digital HR/HR-IT and expand your responsibility area.

Qualifikation

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Psychology, People & Culture, or comparable.
• Practical experience in the HR field, ideally in a professional, system-supported corporate context.
• Safe handling of digital tools and practical experience with HR software, ideally Zoho People / Zoho Recruit, as well as great interest in data- and process-oriented HR-
• Communications strong, reliable, and with an independent, solution-oriented working style.
• Motivation to take on responsibility and develop further – especially in the area of Digital HR/HR-IT.
