HR / Recruiting-as-a-Service

End-to-End Recruiting for various industries

• Active Sourcing with holding instead of mass
• Process management, communication, and interview guidance
• Counseling on recruiting structures & candidate experience

Projekt- & Interim-Einsätze

Kurz- bis mittelfristige Einsätze bei Kund:innen

• Support in Recruiting, Onboarding, and operational HR topics
• Vor Ort, hybrid or remote – depending on the project

Weitere Themenfelder (je nach Erfahrung)

• Organizational development & process building
• Digitalization projects
• Tool implementations

Qualifikation

Was du mitbringst

• Economic education or study or comparable qualification
• First experience in HR, especially in Recruiting or high willingness to learn after graduation
• Interest in project work & changing industries
• Readiness for client meetings
• Residence in Berlin/Brandenburg
• Familiarity with German language
• Good English skills (nice to have)
• Structure, self-organization, and valuing diverse communication
• Courage, holding, and joy in further development
