Job description
We are seeking a candidate for the position of Junior HR Operations Analyst using Dutch. In this role, you will support employees, managers, and HR partners with daily HR processes and systems (mainly Workday and ServiceNow). Your tasks will include:
- Supporting employees, managers, and HR partners in daily HR processes and systems.
- Responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing step-by-step instructions.
- Tutoring users on self-service usage of HR tools.
- Collaborating with the team to resolve more complex problems and updating operational documentation.
- Maintaining data quality, reaction time, customer satisfaction, and compliance with privacy rules (RODO, GDPR).
