What's expected of you

• You'll accompany the entire employee life cycle – from A like employment contract to Z like certificate
• You'll write and publish targeted job postings and support the entire application process
• You'll run active sourcing through suitable channels
• You'll accompany our onboarding processes and support further training measures
• You'll work on our career website, in social media, and at personal marketing activities
• You'll work on introducing new tools as well as optimizing HR processes
• You'll help with organizing team and recruiting events
• You'll perform organizational and personal administrative tasks

What makes you out

• A completed commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk, office clerk) or business studies, ideally with a focus on human resources
• First experience in HR (recruiting, personnel administration, internship or work student activity)
• Ideal first insights into software/tech recruiting or interest in getting involved
• Experience with HR software and active sourcing is advantageous
• Good English skills as well as confident handling of MS Office
• A structured, reliable, and precise working style with team player mentality
• Organization talent and hands-on mentality
• Outstanding communication strength and discretion
