• Candidate Experience: You actively shape a modern candidate journey – from the first contact to successful onboarding, you accompany talents through the entire process
• Job postings: Creatively and independently create job postings, select suitable recruitment channels, and ensure targeted publication
• CV-Screening: With a good sense of potential, you review application documents and support candidates in improving their applications
