Your new workday

• Candidate Experience: You will actively shape a modern candidate journey – from the first contact to successful onboarding, you will accompany talents through the entire process
• Job postings: Creatively and independently, you will create job postings, select suitable recruitment channels, and ensure targeted publication
• CV-Screening: With a good sense of potential, you will review application documents and support candidates in improving their applications
• First interviews: In personal exchange, you will get to know applicants, understand their goals, and bring them together with suitable career opportunities
• Idea management: You will actively bring in your own ideas and impulses and work on the further development of MHC – especially in the areas of employer branding and process optimization
