As an HR Manager, you will take a central role in our team. You develop personnel marketing and recruiting structures actively with, work closely with your colleagues together, and develop sustainable HR solutions that really work. While combining operational know-how with strategic thinking and developing yourself professionally and personally continuously further.

You will work on comprehensive HR projects – from employer branding to recruiting strategies, up to digital career websites and smart funnel solutions. Instead of rigid processes, you can expect varied tasks, real responsibility, and the opportunity to rethink HR.

Tasks

Your daily business

• Steering and guidance of ongoing recruiting processes
• Sifting through applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating with departments
• Active sourcing on relevant platforms
• Planning and implementation of personnel marketing and employer branding measures
• Maintenance and optimization of HR processes and structures
• Contact person for employees and executives in HR-related topics
• Begleitung von Onboarding- und Offboarding-Prozessen
• Analysis of HR key figures and derivation of optimization measures
• Collaboration with external partners (e.g. agencies, service providers)

Qualification

You bring this along

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent education
• First practical experiences in HR, Recruiting or Personnel Marketing (e.g. through job entry, internships or work-study programs)
• Interest in modern recruiting, employer branding and personnel marketing
• Familiarity with digital tools and common office applications
• Communication skills and joy in exchanging with people
• Structured, independent working style and willingness to take responsibility
• Learner's mindset, openness to feedback and further development
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking

Optional / Nice to have (not a must):

• First experiences with active sourcing or social recruiting
• Experience with ATS or HR tools
• Basic knowledge of labor law
