We are looking for a (Junior) HR-Generalist (m/w/d) in München. In this unlimited position, you will be an important key function and take responsibility for various tasks in the Employee Lifecycle and organizational development. Aufgaben

• Creation and implementation of personnel strategies in line with the business strategy
• Independent implementation of exciting HR projects, as well as support and further development of existing HR themes such as feedback & performance conversations
• Preliminary preparation, care, and processing of all operational and administrative personnel management topics such as recruiting, on- and offboarding of employees, maintenance of personal data in the HR system, and creation of documents
• Closely working with our executives on all personnel-related issues
• Processing labor law questions and implementing them in the company
• Planning and organization of team events and training offers

Qualifikation

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree, ideally with a focus on personnel management or psychology or a comparable vocational training
• You have already gained (first) relevant work experience
• Outstanding communication skills and consulting competence as well as high integrity and sense of responsibility
• You convince with independent working, operational implementation strength, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Pleasure in teamwork and sovereign appearance and negotiation security
• Experience in event and project management is advantageous
• Knowledge of labor law, social insurance law, and tax law is desirable
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
