JUNIOR HR GENERALIST

The HR Generalist resource will be integrated into the Human Resources Selection, Training and Development Area.

Required Activities

The resource will specifically be responsible for the following activities:

• Profile Drafting, Job Postings, CV Screening, Candidate Contact
• Active Search and Scouting
• Selection Interview Organization
• Management of University Placement Portals
• Participation in External Recruiting and Employer Branding Events (e.g., career days);
• Support for the Ideation and Design of Academy Courses
• Support for the Management and Organization of Academy Courses
• Reporting.

Required Education

Degree preferably in relevant disciplines

Experience

At least 1-3 years of previous experience in the role and in similar contexts
