Junior HR Generalist (all genders) - Part-time

For expanding our team and various tasks from the HR department, we're looking for you as an HR Generalist (Junior)

Tasks

• You support the expansion of our teams through targeted searches for candidates over various channels
• You translate our project requirements into precise job postings
• You communicate with applicants, schedule interview appointments, and support application interviews
• You bring your ideas to the creation of onboarding materials
• You take care of 1-2 open positions in parallel - with clear goals that we steer together
• You learn about topics like data protection, IT, and labor law
• You learn how to structure and standardize HR processes comprehensively
• You conduct needs and market analyses to make working at InfoTip even more attractive
• You leave your footprint in our corporate culture by introducing additional benefits, for example

Qualification

• Very good German and English skills
• Completed commercial training or degree (e.g. business administration, social sciences)
• First experience in recruiting or HR would be ideal
• You communicate confidently and are an organizational talent
• Safe handling of Office products and willingness to learn various tools
• Social media affinity
• Analytical thinking and precise working method
• Readiness to familiarize yourself with legal aspects of personnel management
