As Jr HRBP, you will contribute to the strategic development of our organization by providing support and guidance on HR-related matters. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including employees, managers, and other departments to ensure that HR policies and procedures are aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: • Providing HR advice and guidance to employees and management; • Developing and implementing HR initiatives and programs; • Conducting HR-related research and analysis; • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee data; • Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
