Aufgaben

To support our growing team, we are looking for someone immediately:

(Junior) HR Business Partner (m/w/d) in Teilzeit am Standort Frankfurt/Main

What will your tasks be?

• Self-responsible management of a personnel department at the customer, particularly
• Recruitment of new employees, including conducting presentation interviews
• Counseling of executives on all personnel matters
• Maintenance of employee relationships
• Steering and possibly introducing performance management
• Participation in HR projects as well as optimization of all HR processes
• Focusing on and further developing an HR area of your choice

Qualifikation

• Completed (Fach-) university degree with a focus on personnel or equivalent qualification
• At least 1 year of professional experience in HR, preferably in companies with 20-200 employees
• Fluent English skills
• Safe and convincing appearance, proactivity, team, and communication skills
• Counseling competence, structured and goal-oriented work
