We are a team of highly motivated HR professionals with a focus on the metropolitan areas Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt/Main, Leipzig, Düsseldorf, and Munich, and a cool office in Leipzig that covers all internal tasks.
Aufgaben
To strengthen our growing team, we are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner (m/w/d) in part-time or full-time for our location in Munich.
What will your tasks be?
- Comprehensive support of a defined personnel area
You take over the support of your employee circle, stand as a competent contact person for all personnel-related topics and cultivate a trusting cooperation with our customers. - Personnel needs assessment & Recruiting
You actively support in planning and implementing recruiting measures, find suitable talents and ensure that new employees fit optimally to us and our customers. - Accompaniment of the entire application process
From the first getting-to-know-each-other until the contract signing: You conduct introductory interviews, prepare contract documents and shape a professional and respectful selection process. - Counseling for employees and executives
You are the first point of contact for all personnel economic and labor law questions and support executives in implementing HR-relevant topics. - Participation in HR projects & process optimization
Whether digitalization, employer branding or internal processes – you bring your ideas in and actively shape the further development of our HR work with. - Support for salary accounting
You prepare relevant data for accounting purposes and work closely with our payroll team to ensure a smooth processing**.**
Qualification
What sets you apart?
- Bachelor's degree (Fach-)Hochschule with a focus on personnel or a comparable qualification.
- First relevant work experience, preferably through internships or student assistant activities in the HR field.
- Knowledge of personnel topics: You bring expertise to personnel processes, themes, and labor law fundamentals.
- Fluent English skills: You communicate confidently on English.
- Excellent communication skills: You can express yourself well and advise safely at all hierarchical levels.
- High level of social competence and confident demeanor: You are a team player who can move easily on different levels and always maintains a professional demeanor.
