Our team of experienced HR professionals operates nationwide, especially in the regions of Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt am Main, Leipzig, Düsseldorf, and Munich. Our location in Leipzig forms the central base for our internal and administrative tasks.

To strengthen our growing team, we are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner (m/f/d) in part-time or full-time for our location in Cologne, starting immediately.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Holistic support of a defined personnel area
  You will take care of "your" employee group, act as a competent contact person for all personnel-related matters, and maintain a trusting working relationship with our clients.

• Personnel requirement determination & Recruiting
  You actively support the planning and implementation of recruiting measures, find suitable talents, and ensure that new employees fit in optimally with us and our clients.

• Support throughout the entire application process
  From the initial meeting to the contract signing: You will conduct interviews, prepare contract documents, and shape a professional and appreciative selection process.

• Advising employees and managers
   You are the first point of contact for all HR and labor law questions and support managers in implementing HR-relevant topics.

• Participation in HR projects & process optimization
  Whether it's digitalization, employer branding, or internal processes – you contribute your ideas and actively participate in the further development of our HR work.

• Support with payroll processing
  You will prepare data relevant for payroll and work closely with our payroll team to ensure smooth processing.

What distinguishes you?

• Completed (applied science) university degree with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable qualification.

• Initial relevant professional experience, gladly also through internships or working student positions in the HR field.

• Knowledge in HR topics: You bring expertise in personnel processes, topics, and labor law fundamentals.

• Fluent English skills: You communicate confidently in English.

• Strong communication skills: You can express yourself well and advise confidently at all hierarchical levels.

• High level of social competence and confident demeanor: You are a team player who can navigate well at different levels and always maintains a professional presence.
