Junior HR Advisor

Do you want to combine HR advice with practical execution and get plenty of room to switch gears yourself? At BCA Nederland in Barneveld, you get that chance. You will advise managers, take on projects, and translate international HR policy into Dutch practice.

What will you do

At BCA, HR is part of the line. Managers will seek you out for questions about performance, development, absence, or team dynamics. You will think along, ask the right questions, and help move forward. You don't just advise; you also take on tasks yourself. This way, you switch daily between tactical thinking and practical execution.

HR policy is increasingly developing from European cooperation. You will translate these developments into an approach that suits BCA Nederland and, for this, you will work closely with international HR colleagues. You will report to the Financial Director and attend management team meetings to provide advice.

You will be involved in, among other things:

• Advising managers on HR issues such as performance, absence, collaboration, and development;
• Monitoring the performance review cycle and supporting managers in the development of their employees;
• Preparing HR reports and analyses, for example, on FTE and personnel development;
• Initiating and implementing improvements within HR processes;
• Carrying out HR administrative tasks;
• Contributing ideas for recruitment and supporting with vacancies where necessary;
• Checking and supplying data for payroll processing;
• Translating international HR policy into the Dutch organization.

• A position of 32-40 hours per week;
• A salary between €3,124 and €4,560 gross per month (based on full-time);

Who are we looking for

You already have a good foundation in HR and notice that you are ready for more personal responsibility. You make contact easily, listen well, and express your opinion in a pleasant, clear manner. You don't have to be a specialist in every HR subject. Curiosity, initiative, and the drive to grow are more important.

• HBO work and thinking level;
• Approximately 2 to 3 years of experience in HR, with both operational and advisory tasks;
• Independent work attitude, while also knowing when coordination is smart;
• Ability to switch between diverse tasks without losing overview;
• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
