Junior HCM Payroll Consultant

Support the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP HCM payroll solutions in the payroll module, collaborating with consulting teams and clients to understand processes, document requirements, and execute technical tasks under supervision.

Functions and responsibilities

• Support business process analysis related to payroll and human resources.
• Participate in user interviews to lift functional requirements.
• Document processes, configurations, and project deliverables.
• Perform basic configuration (parameterization) tasks in SAP HCM Payroll.
• Execute unit tests and support integrated testing.
• Provide functional support to key users during implementation.
• Collaborate on user manuals and training development.
• Identify incidents and collaborate with senior consultants to resolve them.
• Participate in project tracking meetings and control activities.
