Junior GTM Engineer (GTME) – Full-Time

Remote Senior 9162.00 - 10180.00

Job description

We are looking for a junior person, with solid foundation in automations, who lives in Brașov and can work hybrid (3 days co-working / 2 remote). Communicates well in English (written and spoken) and has an execution-oriented mindset: prefers to build, test, debug, and improve real systems, in production. Has practical experience in n8n (mandatory) and is comfortable with workflow logic: integrations through API, webhooks, data manipulation/JSON, conditions, errors, retry-uris, and debugging. Understands concepts of automation (pipelines, idempotency at the base level, input validation) and can follow structured instructions, but also propose improvements when observing bottlenecks. Is familiar with AI and prompt engineering at a fundamental level and has a real interest in using AI in GTM processes. Ideally, has exposure (or strong interest) towards tools like Clay for enrichment and research, plus outbound systems and AI agents (Dust, Vapi or similar), without these being mandatory. As work style, is proactive, communicative, and "low ego": asks questions on time, signals risks, requests clarifications when needed, and delivers incrementally. Integrates well into an international team, accepts feedback, learns rapidly, and assumes real responsibility, not just theoretical tasks. Strong signs that it's a good fit: can describe 1-3 real n8n projects (even personal) with what was built, what went wrong, and how it was repaired thinks in terms of systems (reliability, maintenance, minimum observability) is motivated by accelerated growth and impact (workflows that save time and grow pipeline).
