QUICK GREEN is a rapidly growing digital Healthcare platform in Germany, connecting patients, doctors, and pharmacies around the prescription of medical cannabis. After a successful Proof of Concept and strong market resonance, we're now taking the next big step: Scaling.

Our first pragmatic technology prototype has shown that the model works. Now we're investing specifically in building a scalable, high-performance, and regulatorily clean platform, which will carry us long-term – technically, economically, and for our patients.

Your Mission:

As our Allround-Talent / internal Swiss-Army-Knife, you're a central pillar of our team and support where it matters most. You work independently, think with us, and pack in everywhere – from operational tasks to strategic questions:

• Varying tasks coordinate and implement – from data and Excel setup to operational ordering and process management
• In Development Projects and Expansion Themes, support and actively bring in new ideas
• As an internal Sparring Partner for Strategic Questions, function and develop solutions together with the team
• In various areas like Customer Care, Operations, and Reporting, get involved
• Makes a genuine Generalist Contribution, which helps where needed – with hands-on mentality and overview
• Takes responsibility for own topics and proactively develops them

You're therefore of central importance for our upcoming Scale-up Phase, and you'll accompany the development of the entire company.

Qualifikation

Your Toolkit consists of:

• A completed degree (e.g. Economics, Business School, etc.) or already first work experience
