Junior Growth Manager (m/w/d) - Marketing & Sales for AI Solutions

You've just completed your studies and want to build something up, not just be part of a company? Then you're exactly right with us. Together with our team, you'll develop the marketing of our innovative AI solutions further, from social media to content marketing to supporting sales.

Tasks

• Maintenance and further development of our social media channels (particularly LinkedIn)
• Creation of content such as posts, newsletters, and campaigns
• Support in planning and conducting trade shows and events
• Pursuit and follow-up of leads in the CRM
• Support in preparing and following up on sales activities
• Research and approach potential new customers

Qualification

You bring with you:

• A successfully completed degree, e.g. in business administration, marketing, communication sciences, media management, economics psychology or a comparable field.
• First practical experiences in marketing or sales, for example through internships, work student activities or own projects.
• Pasión for digital topics, artificial intelligence and new technologies.
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as a good expression ability.
• Eigeninitiative, creativity and the willingness to take responsibility.
• Communication strength and joy in approaching people.
• Structured and self-reliant working style.
• Safe handling of common office applications, first experiences with social media platforms and ideally CRM systems
• Readiness to accompany events and trade shows from time to time.

Nice to have:

• First experiences with LinkedIn, newsletter marketing or content creation.
• Basic knowledge of the use of AI tools like ChatGPT or other generative AI applications.
• Interest in B2B marketing and explainable technologies.
