What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations and key account relationships with our sales partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and ongoing support

• Plan and coordinate sales campaigns with partners to drive customer acquisition and channel performance

• Manage the rollout of new offers & partners across the direct sales channel

• Improve existing processes, reporting, and performance tracking to make channel operations more efficient and scalable

• Support other acquisition channels and cross-functional growth initiatives as needed, acting as a versatile all-rounder within the Growth team in Berlin

  What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in Growth, Sales Operations, Business Development, Account Management, or a similar field (relevant internships or working student experience count!)

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously

• An analytical mindset and confidence working with data, reporting, and operational processes

• A proactive, hands-on attitude with a strong sense of ownership and a willingness to take initiative

• A proactive mindset towards using AI and automation to improve efficiency, while being mindful of potential risks and limitations

• German Native and good English skills (C1/C2)
