Junior Graphic Designer (m/w/d) (Full-time/+2 years of experience/as soon as possible)

Tasks

• Conceptualization and implementation of graphic and communication design across all touchpoints (internal, customer, event, social media)
• Deck building & deck maintenance: Building and designing presentations and pitch decks
• Layout, typography, and setup and maintenance of visual systems / brand identities
• Product graphics: Redrawing, print data, and branding assets for campaigns and events (often many assets within an identity)
• Designing mailings, templates, and internal communication materials
• Preliminary preparation and design of social media content formats for our channels
• Closely working with the Design Lead and project teams

Qualification

• Degree in Graphic/Communication Design
• At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic/communication design
• Strong foundation in hard skills: Layout, typography, visual systems / identities
• Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience with print data, redrawing, and production
• Meticulous, independent, and reliable working style – even in phases with high tempo
• Passion for visual language and a knack for social media
• A plus: Visual storytelling / art direction, interest in AI / image generation, and spatial visualization
