Junior Graphic Designer – Full-time (m/f/d)

We are one of Hamburg's fastest-growing digital agencies and are looking for new employees for the graphic design and image editing department as soon as possible! 
Together with our team, you will independently manage our client projects and create designs for our agency clients. In doing so, you will actively contribute to the success of our clients and can celebrate new successes every day!

What exactly does Cordes Consulting GmbH do?

We are an advertising agency that helps craft businesses gain more applications from skilled workers in the region through innovative social media strategies. Therefore, we market medium-sized companies as attractive employers on social networks. For this, we are looking for new graphic designers (m/f/d) to support more clients in building their employer brand. 

Salary: Junior Graphic Designer (m/f/d): €4,300 per month

Your Areas of Responsibility (after thorough onboarding):

• Planning and designing creatives (images, animations, graphics) for online marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

• Design, planning, and creation of career pages for our clients

• Creation of collages and quick designs for our internal marketing 

• Design and creation of advertising brochures, trade fair stands, and other advertising materials for our internal marketing

• Regular exchange with our project management and clients regarding current and future campaigns

• You have completed a degree/apprenticeship or are self-taught and have already gained initial experience in an agency or as a freelancer

• You have basic knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Canva, etc.)

• You have initial practical experience in media design / graphic design and want to learn to implement new ideas and concepts in corporate design

• You are creative, a team player, and have an eye for detail

• You have a clear and error-free command of German and good English skills

• You work reliably, implement projects according to specifications, and continuously develop yourself in the process

• You have a quick grasp of things, are willing to learn, and are disciplined

• You possess the ability to follow existing processes

• Previous knowledge in the areas of online marketing, crafts, consulting, etc. is an advantage, but not necessary
