Junior Google Performance & Analytics Manager (m/f/d)

In this position, you will be responsible for the operational implementation of our Google marketing. While the strategy and technical setup are provided, you will be responsible for the flawless booking, daily maintenance, and precise monitoring of our Google Ads campaigns. You will support the team in day-to-day operations, monitor budgets according to clear guidelines, and prepare performance data in clear reports. Your structured way of working will ensure that our campaigns run reliably and are optimized.

Tasks

• Campaign Setup & Maintenance: You will book Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) according to clear specifications and maintain ads, texts, and budgets in the system.
• Daily Monitoring: You will continuously monitor the performance and daily budgets of our accounts to ensure the smooth and error-free operation of the campaigns.
• Data Maintenance & Reporting: You will regularly export the performance data of the advertising campaigns and prepare them in clear Excel lists or dashboards for management.
• Operational Day-to-Day Business: You will support the daily organization of marketing activities, coordinate advertising materials (such as images and texts), and handle routine tasks in the account.

Qualifications

• Education or Studies: You have a completed degree (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Sciences) or a comparable commercial apprenticeship.
• Initial Marketing Insights: You have gained initial practical experience in digital marketing (e.g., through internships, working student positions, or early career steps).
• Google Knowledge as a Plus: Ideally, you have already worked with Google Ads or analytics tools – this is a big advantage, but not a must. More importantly, you are eager to quickly familiarize yourself with these systems.
• Structured Way of Working: You are absolutely reliable, work extremely conscientiously, and prefer to double-check your tasks before anything goes live.
• Proficient with Numbers: You have a good affinity for data and can confidently use Excel or Google Sheets to maintain lists and tables.
• Language Skills: Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
